Overall, it was a good stay.
The tv, banging on the walls the first night and day, no refrigerator, and paying for the water in our room.
-
Friendly staff, beautiful rooms.
I think they were doing some renovating and it sounded like hammering at 7:30a. Garage parking not easy to navigate.
-
Bathroom and room very ckean
Room was located in front of gravel rooftop ,view of the freeway
-
the view from our room nice room good price
-
I got the room for my father. The facilities were accommodating for him.
That there was a fee for parking $17.00 per night.
-
the room booking through booking .com was unclear, the rooms were different rates each night which was not clear on the website. It would be cheaper to rent a house in future which is what we will do. The rate advertised is $169 plus taxes, the rates varied the LOWEST being £169, the highest being $229- not happy with that misleading information.

Clean and decent, good price, friendly staff
The location is convenient if you have something to do in the area, otherwise far off the center

Clean room and comfortable bed.
* expensive daily parking fee ( it should be covered by the actual room charge - $17 per day) * Water in the jacuzzi was very dirty. * Breakfast not covered... Most hotels offer breakfast which is covered by room charges but not in this facility.

It was close to where I needed to go and it was a large room. I guess the price was as good as I can hope.
Needed updating and I guess they are in the process. Not one day did the cleaning crew get it right. No wash clothes, no replacements in the bar/tea/coffee area, etc.

I love staying at courtyard Marriott always maintained facility and professional friendly staff
paying the extra fee to park overnight in the parking structure

Beautiful building and lobby. High quality and upscale atmosphere.
There was an extra parking permit charge of $17 added to by bill. And my bill ended up being about $20 more than the price quoted on my reservation with Booked.net. I did not buy or charge anything extra to my room to increase the price. Also, breakfast was not included; a perk I often enjoy at other hotels. Here, it's about $10-$15 a plate to order breakfast and have it delivered to your room. I just brought my own breakfast pastries for the morning. And there was only one small facial bar for soap. Most places will have a bar for the sink area/to wash your hands, and another bar for the shower. There was also no shower gel with the shampoo so that didn't help. So it was weird having to keep moving the one bar I had from the sink to the shower each time I needed it. Luckily, it was just me in the room and I didn't have to try and share it. And the trash cans didn't have trash bags in them and one (of the two) toilet rolls ran out while I was there, and I was only there overnight. I guess my point of emphasizing all of this, is for the price I paid for the room, the upkeep of the room and it's amenities seemed unfinished or incomplete. I've had better amenities at a Howard Johnson. Probably won't be staying here again. Not worth the price.

Good location to what we needed. Clean, friendly, good bed and pillows

Loved how the hotel was extremely clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly.
-
Cleanliness and service
Paying too much for parking which I'm not sure is disclosed upon arrival.
